A Little Bit About Me
We All Start Somewhere
First Belief
The body already knows how to heal when it feels safe enough. Emotional and physical safety are the catalyst for healing.Â
Second Belief
Healing happens in relationships and sisterhood, not in isolation. You are NOT alone.Â
Third Belief
Nothing is broken. Healing is not about becoming more or changing who we are, but about loving all of us--both the dark and the light.Â

Book NowI'm Sarah
I create spaces where women can soften, exhale, and return to themselves. My work is rooted in nervous system care, intentional movement, sound healing, and the quiet, powerful medicine of being witnessed in sisterhood.
I believe healing unfolds when the body feels safe, when connection replaces isolation, and when women are given permission to slow down and remember who they are beneath the noise. Through sound bath meditations, my Ascend journey, and immersive retreats, I weave together presence, ritual, and soulful guidance that helps women come home to their bodies and their inner wisdom.
There is a kind of magic that happens when women gather in spaces shaped by care, depth, and intention. My programs are designed to support that remembering, and my retreats are where it all culminates. These gatherings are intimate, deeply healing experiences rooted in nature, sisterhood, and shared calm, infused with my light, my soul, and the magic that emerges when women feel truly held.
If you are feeling a gentle pull toward this work but are unsure where to begin, I invite you to book a 15-minute consultation. This is a calm, supportive conversation to explore which experience, program, or retreat would feel most aligned with you in this season.
This is My Story.
Â
I didn’t come to this work because life was gentle with me.
I came here because I learned what it feels like to carry too much for too long.
For many years, I was the one who held everything together.
I showed up, supported others, and kept moving forward even when my body and inner voice were asking for rest.
From the outside, I was capable and accomplished.
On the inside, my nervous system was exhausted, and I felt quietly disconnected from myself.
Like so many women, I learned how to be strong before I learned how to feel safe enough to soften.
My background in education shaped the way I hold space today.
As a teacher, literacy leader, and facilitator, I spent decades supporting growth, transformation, and healing in others.
I understood how people learn, how environments shape behavior, and how much unseen weight we all carry.
What I didn’t yet understand was how deeply the body and nervous system influence our ability to heal.
Yoga, sound, breath, and stillness entered my life not as trends, but as turning points.
They offered something I didn’t yet know how to ask for.
Permission to slow down.
Permission to feel.
Permission to come home to myself without judgment.
As I healed, something became clear.
When women are given safe, intentional spaces to rest and be witnessed, they don’t fall apart.
They remember who they are.
That knowing is the foundation of everything I create now.
Through sound bath meditations, guided programs, and immersive retreats, I weave together nervous system care, movement, ritual, and presence.
My work is not about fixing or pushing transformation.
It is about creating conditions where healing can unfold naturally and gently.
The retreats are where this work comes fully alive.
In nature.
In sisterhood.
In shared calm.
These gatherings are deeply intentional and profoundly connective.
They are spaces infused with my light, my soul, and the quiet magic that happens when women feel truly held.
I walk this path alongside the women I serve.
I do not guide from above or from theory.
I guide from lived experience, deep listening, and reverence for the courage it takes to choose yourself.
If you are feeling tired, disconnected, or quietly longing for something more grounded and true, you are not broken.
You are remembering.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

"Before the retreat, I felt stressed, anxious, and confused. But through Sarah and the other women's connection, support, love, and understanding. I was able to see my path forward with clarity and have a tough conversation with my boss to let her know I needed a different fit, and she took it so well!! This retreat felt like a warm hug for my mind, body, and soul. It was EXACTLY what I needed to remember WHO I AM AND WHAT I'M WORTH!! YOU DESERVE THIS! "

"I came feeling guilt, shame, and anxiety. I left feeling worthy and committed to giving myself the self-love and care needed to fill my cup fully in 2026. It is healing me in so many ways. I wish they had this when I was a young, struggling mom."
